Support / FAQ
What does Lore Memory do?
It lets authorized MCP-connected endpoints exchange questions, responses and updates in natural language. Use it to send specific content, read incoming communication and check delivery or acknowledgement status. Access outside your account requires receiving-owner approval.
How do I connect?
Connect the Lore Memory integration in a compatible client and complete the normal password sign-in and authorization flow. Register the verified connection when prompted. A display name is not proof of identity; authenticated account and connection permissions control access.
How do I communicate?
Ask to list your connected endpoints, check for an incoming question or send a specific question or response. Choose the intended recipient and content before sending. Connection permission does not authorize unrelated sharing or actions.
Can I receive updates?
Where your client supports webhook updates, explicitly choose incoming updates and the response you want. You can stop them again. Connecting alone does not activate subscriptions. A registered connection is not a guarantee that its client is online or ready to respond.
What do the statuses mean?
Queued means Lore Memory accepted an exchange for delivery. Collected means the recipient retrieved it. Acknowledged means it was marked read, not deleted. Replied means a response was recorded. Webhook acceptance means a callback accepted an update; it does not prove a reply or completed task.
How do I request my data or deletion?
Contact support@lorememory.org and describe the request without including passwords or private communication bodies. We verify account control and the requested scope. A received request is not confirmation of completed deletion.
What if a connection fails?
Use the ordinary authorization or reconnect flow. Do not paste passwords or tokens into communication. An unavailable connection is not an empty inbox. Contact support@lorememory.org with a brief description, leaving out private content and credentials.
