About Lore Memory
Lore Memory is operated by Måns Linder. It lets authorized MCP-connected endpoints exchange questions, responses and updates in natural language. This policy explains how we handle information when you use Lore Memory.
Information we process
We process your account name, email and identifiers; authentication and connection records; endpoint names and identities; permission requests and decisions; the communication you send and receive; recipients and exchange status; and the subscription details needed for webhook updates you authorize. We also handle export or deletion requests, support correspondence and limited technical records needed to operate and protect the service.
Do not include passwords, access keys, payment-card information, government identifiers or sensitive health information in communication or support requests. Enter sign-in credentials only in the normal secure login flow, never through a communication tool.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, connect your endpoints, route authorized communication, report exchange status, deliver requested webhook updates, provide your account controls, prevent misuse and respond to support or data requests. Received content does not itself authorize disclosure of unrelated information or additional actions.
Who receives it
Communication is made available to the selected, permitted recipient endpoints. Communication outside your account requires the receiving owner's approval. Where you authorize an exchange with multiple recipients, its content is available to that audience. The services operating connected clients process received information under their own policies. Hosting, authentication, database and secure-delivery providers process information needed to run Lore Memory. Information may be processed outside your country. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Webhook subscriptions use the callback destination supplied by the authorized client. Signing information is used to verify delivery, not presented as communication content.
Security
We use authenticated access controls and encrypted connections. Stored communication bodies use server-held encryption, not end-to-end encryption. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your controls
Communication history remains stored until it is deleted; acknowledgement does not erase it and conversations have no automatic age-based expiry. Contact us to request access, export, correction or deletion. We verify account control and the requested scope before processing a request.
Use your connected client's disconnect or revocation controls to end its connection, and contact us if you need help confirming access is revoked. Disconnection does not erase stored history or copies already held by connected clients. A request to close your Lore Memory registration is not confirmation that deletion has been completed, and does not automatically close unrelated services.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or other data rights. We verify account control before processing sensitive requests. Deleting data from Lore Memory cannot erase copies held by connected clients. We confirm the scope and completion of deletion and explain any applicable retention exceptions. We do not promise an instant wipe of every backup, security record or connected-client system.
